“My vet suggested I call Michelle for some at-home instruction with subcutaneous fluids. She came over four times and together we worked out a routine that worked well for everyone. Michelle and her company are my go-to people when I need help with my cat’s meds and fluids. Thank you, Michelle, for all your help!”

Caring for London's pets, since 2003.
I have always been passionate about animals. My father was a Veterinarian who owned the Blue Cross Animal Hospital here in London, and I spent many hours as a child caring for the animals there. I graduated with honors from the Veterinary Technician Program at Seneca College in 1987, and after years as a Veterinary Technician I became a full-time pet sitter in 2003.
You will find me extremely reliable and deeply committed to the well-being of the animals in my care. My medical training means that if your pet becomes ill while you are away, I can work with your veterinarian to make sure your pet is well looked after until you return.
I am also a co-founder and active volunteer of Animal Outreach Homeless Cat Rescue, a not-for-profit group in London that rescues, spays, neuters and re-homes stray and feral cats.

A few words from clients, including a fellow veterinarian, on the care Michelle gives.
“As a Veterinarian and a pet owner, I understand the importance of having someone you trust to care for your animals. It is not only her professional demeanor and medical abilities that impress me, but her personal touch with both the owner and pet. I would highly recommend Michelle to any pet owner looking for the best care for their four-legged friend.”
“Harry’s weight was the same as it was at his last vet visit, and I think the vet was really happy to see how he was doing. I mentioned your expertise and relationship with Harry. Thanks for your help with my fellow.”
“We have used Michelle’s services for over 10 years and have found her to be consistently dependable, honest and trustworthy. Not only does she lovingly care for our cat, but on one occasion in the winter she saved us from frozen pipes when the batteries died in our thermostat. We highly recommend her, and so does Asrelle!”
“Oscar looks forward to her visits. She spends quality time with him in the backyard and cuddling on the sofa. We feel really good about having Michelle look after him because she observes changes in his health and reports them to us, and she gives him his medication as needed. She is really gentle with him. We highly recommend Michelle!”
“Michelle has been taking care of our many pets, our home, and my office for over fifteen years when we are on vacation. She is exceedingly pleasant. Every one of our pets has fallen in love with her. And she is absolutely trustworthy.”
“Zoey was recently diagnosed with diabetes and needs twice-daily insulin shots. What you offer may be pet care, but what you really provide is peace of mind, along with top quality care and love for our pet. Zoey has never been in such great shape when we have returned from a trip. We will call on you again, and again and again.”
“We planned a three week vacation and were stuck with what to do with our two cats. When we met Michelle we felt immediately at ease. She sent us an email and pictures throughout the trip, so I was never worried. She also kept our house in order while we were away. I would not hesitate to use Michelle again or to recommend her to anyone who wants excellent care for their pets.”
