When you reach out through this website or by phone we collect your name, phone number, and email address. We also collect information about your pets, such as their names, routines, and any medical or feeding needs, and the home-access details we need to care for them while you are away.
The meet and greet
Before the first visit we meet with you and your pets in your home to learn their routine and your instructions. Any notes from that visit are kept with your account and used solely to care for your pets. They are not shared with third parties.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to confirm visits, coordinate dates, and reach you while you are away. We use the details about your pets and home to provide safe, individualized care and to keep your home secure.
Payment information
Payment is made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Payment details are handled directly between you and Michelle and are not stored on this website. We do not collect or retain credit card numbers.
Cookies and analytics
The site may set basic cookies and use lightweight analytics to count visits and improve the experience. These tools report traffic patterns in aggregate and do not identify individual visitors. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with marketers. If your pet becomes ill while you are away and a veterinarian needs context, we will share details only with your consent.
Retention
We keep client records for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period after your last visit so we can respond to questions or repeat bookings. You can request removal of your records at any time.
